This is a note to convey our appreciation for all the people involved in making repairs and corrections to our Elite Suite 38 TKSB3. Thanks to Greg at DRV and the entire crew at Bankston's. When we were having trouble getting our range worked on through a local service company, we were referred to Greg who sent a new range to Huntsville, and the crew at Bankston's made sure it was installed and was working properly. Whenever we visit Bankston's in Huntsville we are treated as family from the time we walk in the door until we leave. As we are Full Time RV'ers, we have to wait while our unit is being looked after. (We also have two dogs who have to wait with us, and at times they can be a handful.)
